You may request a full or partial refund if:

  • You are unsatisfied with the initial design or development and communicate your concerns within 7 days of project delivery.

  • We fail to deliver the project as per the mutually agreed scope or timeline.

  • Major technical issues remain unresolved even after multiple revision attempts.

  • No substantial work has been started or delivered.

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

  • Change of mind after project approval or milestone confirmation.

  • Delays or issues caused by lack of client response or missing content.

  • Custom domains, third-party hosting, or plugin costs (purchased on your behalf).
